I think my bosses are trying to listen to everything I do...
I went to lunch and came back and know one is here. I work in their basement office.
But I did find the baby monitor on.
I think they are trying to spy on me. I know I am doing nothing wrong but I still feel violated

Turn it off and see if anyone confronts you. I would ask them if they know its there, maybe it was a mistake?? Good luck

No mistake. It def wasn't on before.
Hell, then I would turn it off. And when they ask why ask them why ot was on?

I'd turn it off and if they said anything I would tell them I thought they left it on by accident. I would want to make them tell me they are intentionally leaving it on

I work in their home and sometimes their son falls asleep down here or vice versa and they bring it all over the place.

That's a little weird. Address it head on - I'd bring it to one of them and say, I found this downstairs and it was on. I turned it off so you don't drain the batteries. I hope you don't mind.

I wouldn't get all mad at them until you have all of the facts. Maybe they thought it was on and went to turn it "off" before they left, accidentally turning it on.
I would just ask them in person when they are back...saying something like "do you know you left the baby monitor on? I thought it was an accident, but I wasn't sure". You should be able to tell by their reaction whether it was an honest mistake or not. Hopefully it was just that, a mistake.

I agree. Avoid the game...call them on it in a way that makes you look innocent.
