I think I'm losing it...
The reason I say this is because I am not myself. I am VERY forgetful, VERY easily irritated and sometimes SUPER emotional.
Yesterday I went shopping and could not remember what I needed to get once I walked in the store. I also felt extremely overwhelmed once I was in the store and started to sweat. I also left my purse twice in a parking lot inside of a shopping cart. Thank GOD I got it back, but this is so not me. I am not myself and it's really starting to scare me.

Sorry to hear you are feeling this way. Could it be anxiety attacks? If so, feeling overwhelmed, forgetful, irritable and not like yourself can be part of it. I hope you feel better soon.

Re: I think I'm losing it...
I had this happen to me, But i left my pocketbook at work 2 x's already and had to turn around to get it...I also forget things it might be stress, because this has happened to me when this happens, take a minute out and collect your thoughts and take a deep breath and go over in your mind what you were going to get... trust me it eventually comes back to you and you're like oh yea! we are here for you, if you need to talk i'm here.

I was the same way after I had Julia, my mind just wasn't the same anymore, I started getting my panic attacks again and forgetting a lot. I feel it has a lot to do with hormones.

Re: I think I'm losing it...
This happened to me after I had Bryan. Still happens. I'll go into the kitchen or go upstairs and just stand there and ask myself "Why am I here?". Or I'll call DH and say "I have something to tell you....Crap...I forgot...". It still happens sometimes too and DS is 10months old. I've also left my pocketbook in stores/restaurants and thank goodness got it back. Too much on your mind. Best advice: Make a list...Post its. Believe me, it helps.

Re: I think I'm losing it...
I am definately more forgetful since DD was born.
As far as the sweating in the store, maybe it is anxiety. It happened to my best friend after her DD was born. Call your Ob, maybe they can help.
Good Luck
