I think I am turning alittle nutty

So a few days ago my sister and I were talking about labor. She told me that with her first she was in labor for 16 hours and to pass the time my BIL brought a portable DVD player and they watched movies. I said that is a great idea and told DH that I wanted to watch Father of the Bride I and II (two of my fav movies that we have on DVD). He said I hate those movies, we have to watch something else. So I shot him a nasty look and said that when he had a person coming out of him, he could chose the movie, until then I call the shots. That shut him up and my sis and BIL were laughing.

i think you're totally right!

DH keeps on telling me that we'll probably be watching the baseball playoffs while i'm in labor... and i tell him that I'LL decide what we're watching, thank you very much!

I agree--you absolutely should pick movies you love. He can suffer through Father of the Bride if you can have a baby!

My DH doesn't like these movies either--Father II was on last week and he was practically gagging. It is a little too sweet, but I like it anyway.
