I smell
I am hoping that this is pregnancy related and that I'm not just a smelly person but lately I smell really bad. I shower everyday, exfoliate, wear deodorant, and wear clean clothes yet I have this horrible BO. It doesn't smell like normal BO either, I smell like some type of cooking spice. And I don't think it's something I'm eating because the only thing I can keep down are bagels.
Does anyone else smell? Could this be the hormones or am I just smelly?

Re: I smell
I felt like that early on somewhere between 6-8 weeks I think. I just figured it was my horomones going crazy. I'm pretty sure I've heard of women complaining about the same thing after giving birth.

At first I read this as the other "BM" (the toilet kind) and was like, "wow, she's REALLY being hard on herself!"
To the OP, I think your hormones are just making your sense of smell super-sensitive, not your scent itself. You're just reacting to little, normal odors more strongly. For the first trimester, my DH's breath was horrifying to me and it was so hard to even kiss him (poor guy!). But it's not like he all of a sudden went on a garlic and curry diet; I was just super sensitive to every smell.
