I seriously am in Teething Hell!!!
Please help. DS is fortunate that all of his top and bottom teeth are coming in at the same time...poor kid. I really think his eye teeth are the ones cauing the most pain for him. This kid has had motrin at least once a day for the past two weeks. I fill a wash cloth with ice cubes and let him munch on them...not sure what else I can do???

Have you tried Hyland's Teething Tablets yet?
I also brushed/massaged his gums w/ an infant toothbrush. He seemed to enjoy it.
DS didn't like the washcloth - so I gave him harder things to chew on, like the teething rings, the butt of an Italian bread, frozen bagels.
ETA: When you do give him the motrin, my Ped suggested to rub it directly on the gums.

DD went through the same thing  her teeth always came in one right after the other she could never catch a break. NOTHING worked for her...everyone was telling me to give her the hyland tablets i was reluctant...finally i gave in i was tired of always giving her motrin. the hyland tablets are AMAZING!!! she finally would sleep again and wasnt in pain...def try them. i get them at walmart in the baby section

Hylands...I will purchase them on my lunch break...
They really helped DD. The other thing I did was rub a dab of tylenol straight onto the gums. It has a similar effect to Oragel without the numbing (and potential for choking).
