I screwed up making french fries..
This baby is devouring my brain!!!
I put them in for 17 minutes at 350 when it should have been 425.
Should I just let em cook longer at the right temp??

Don't sweat it! You can't really screw up french fries. Just up the temp and leave em in till they are brownish.

Thanks, I thought I was doing good tonight by having everything ready all at the same time, now here I am waiting on darn french fries. I feel like an idiot.
