I received extra Sophies at my shower
Should I return any? Should I keep them for down the line when the old ones get gross?
I got a total of 3 regular ones and 3 of the ones with the handles (I'm having twins and registered for 2 regular ones so I'm not sure how that worked out but no biggie).

I would keep 2 and return the rest. They are really easy to clean. My twins love them!

My DD is prob the only baby that did not really care about Sophie so I would def say only keep 2 and return the other ones. I only had the regular Sophie so I dont know which one to recommend keeping or returning. Maybe keep one of each?

My twins aren't a fan of Sophie either... and I have 4 that I opened... would rather have the $75 back to spend on other things!!! lol their favorite teether is the cheap plastic Bright Starts one that comes in a 3 pack... figures! :) Keep 1, test it out with both babies, and you can always buy more if you need...use the return $ for something else you need more at the moment

Ok I change my mind. Keep 2 but I only open 1 to start with. Keep the original ones. My girls love the feet most.

I also have sophies & my twins only like the squeaky ones. For the price of $22 each....return them.
There are many people that have interest in buying them if you go to facebook & type in moms of multiples. You can sell them very quick if you are willing to ship.

I have one of each and DS loves the regular one. I have misplaced the regular one so we are forced to use the handled one which he is only ok with.

Every baby is different. I'd keep one of each and see what they like best. You can't really go by what other babies enjoyed.

the leg on the sophie got lodged in my DD1 mouth when she was 5months old cutting off her air supply. i would strongly recommend keeping the ones with the handles if any.

I actually like the ring one better. DS was able to hold onto it better. I have both.

I kept both... Well actually 3. I have a Sophie at home and MIL has a Sophie (she watches my twins while I'm at work). The handled one is in the diaper bag and one of their toys when we go out.
