i really thought i was going to escape it...
but the heartburn seems to have arrived. and i haven't even eaten much today! ugh i can't wait to see what the months to come will bring

i had it bad for the past three nights and realized I was having too many tomato salads with my dinner every night.....try to avoid really acidic foods!!!

try to eat smaller meals, drink milk if you can (that helped me in the beginning) carry tums at all times, you never know when it will get bad. Cut back on tomatos, acidic foods, caffine, etc.
Honestly for me, I just had heartburn 24/7 so it didnt matter what I ate!

I feel your pain. I take Nexium daily and I still need at least 6-8 Tums a day!
Look at it this way, they more heartburn you have, the more hair baby will have!
At the rate I'm going,  will have Fabio hair and a beard!

i don't think i can cut out tomato products - DH and i live on pasta and sauce!
so far the HB isn't bad, i might see if tums will help. and of course i know ice cream will

Me too! I take Nexium every day too, but I'm still waking up all night long with horrible acid reflux. I just started taking the Nexium before dinner instead of in the morning, hoping the timing will help a little bit
