I already posted about how long we had to wait. I went there once before the week before Father's Day (a different location too) but understood that they were busy for the holiday. On Wednesday at 2 pm they were very busy too. They just didn't have enough people working there. So I was there until almost 5. Then, the pictures were supposed to be online that night...nope no pictures. I call the store, am told I have to call customer service, get hung up on (not on purpose), get an e-mail saying to call the store - it's their fault, call the store, they say their computers are down & it will be done today (thursday). Today (Friday) still NO pictures online. Ugh!!! I am so annoyed. No more Picture People for me. I joined the stupid Smile Club though and still have coupons to use. I guess I'll only go right when they open so the wait won't be too long.
Thanks for letting me vent. I remember hearing that many of their locations closed. I can see why. Chat Icon
