did they call her Mom? what happened to their biological mother

Their Biological Mom lives in Queens I beleive. They have a half sister. On one of the shows Vanessa, Angela & JoJo went to their 1/2 sister's birthday at the house- & I thought they said it was Queens.
The Mother is remarried and lives in a (looked like )a small - modest home.
Not sure what happend w/ her and the Rev though.
Yes, they do call Justine Mom- she has been around since they were little.
