I never ask for things like this...

but this really hits home.

Mikey is a 5 year old boy with cancer.

He is my brother-in-law's godson.

Jim and Mikey's mom are BFF's. I have been following "Mighty Mikey's" battle for 3 years...through Jim, Mikey's mom, and his Caring Bridge page.

Mikey's older sister Katie is donating her ponytail to the St.Baldrick's foundation in order to raise money to aid with cancer research.
