i need your adivice!!!!

I made an offer on a condo sat.nite & they accepted. i called the sellers agent with my attorney info yesterday & spoke to my attorney earlier today & she didnt hear from the sellers attorney yet.
i want to call the sellers agent to see if whats going on. should i call the agent or is this normal to take a day or two?
i was thinking maybe they didnt have an attorney yet.
please advise if i should call the agent. i am getting really nervous b/c we got it for a great price.

(we didnt use a buyers agent)

Hey Mis,
Don't stress yourself out. If you don't hear anything by tomorrow afternoon then call the agent but I think its pretty normal to take a day or two to get the ball rolling.

Did you use D's lawyer or did you find your own?

I wouldn't worry once an agent has your info they pass it on to the seller's attorney who has to prepare the contracts and send them to your attorney. As a seller's attorney I would call the buyers attorney and introduce myself and give them a timeframe of when I would get the contracts out but that is just me not every attorney does that. I am still waiting is this normal ? the agent states the sellers atty sent them out? i feel lik ei am getting the runaroudn.

did you do an inspection yet? very weird that you haven't heard anything in a week
