I need to vent!!!!!!
Im over training someone at work! Im tired, cranky, and at 37 weeks preggers I cant deal with the constant questions and laziness.. it's really frustrating me and making my last few weeks here uncomfortable! Im just upset Im the only one helping and picking up the slack.

I am worried about the same thing when the time comes.....just let them be lazy and they'll be paying the price when you're out and they have to figure it out themselves!! LOL

I keep saying what are you gonna do when Im out.. and she is in denial.. saying oh Ill call you on the delivery table.. or nooo your only gonna be out for a couple weeks.. or you cant go into labor yet??? Its putting so much stress on me and Im just really upset!

Ugh, I feel your pain. I had to train someone to take over for me and yes, it was a lot that I was showing her…But, she just wasn’t grasping anything…….
And not to add to your stress, but she quit the 1st day I was out on maternity leave…Yeah, that’s right – just quit. It was awful.

Oh man.. thats horrible:( see the thing is she is grasping it and she is good .. actually picked up a lot faster than I thought.. BUT, she is always second guessing herself or asking silly questions where she can really answer them on her own its not something that needs to be taught kinda thing.. She also doesn';t really know how to talk to people on the phone which is huge in my business.. I think she takes me being here as a backbone and knows she can ask as many questions as possible than trying to figure things out on her own! I am worried she will be really overwhelmed when Im out.. Im just starting to give her more work to do and she is frazzled and needs a cigarette every hour! lol

If my replacement smokes, I think I will go bonkers. They are setting her up in my office with me. I can't stand the smell of smoke. That and heavy perfume.

Honestly it infuriates me.. but Im not a smoker originally so I don't understand it!! she smokes like 2 packs a day its terrible.. and constantly coughs from it.. Im always like .. STOP SMOKING, LOL
