I need to study for the CPA exam!!
Well, I am ashamed to say how many times I've taken it in the past, however I have no credits. I need to focus and start again, I just can't find the motivation to do it.

that test is a doosey  
good luck, for me, I HAD to dedicated myself to studying 100% to pass (my friends never understood why I did not want to go and get wasted on the weekend  )....once I got that certificate, it was all worth it

Take a class. Person Wolinsky was good if they are still around..... It's hard to motivate with out taking a class. I dont think i could have done it.
