I Need to Stop...
Biting my fingers. I had tips on for my wedding and I stopped. But I hate what they did to my nails, so I have not had them on since.
Oh yeah I don’t bit my nails I bite my cuticles. I sometimes bit them to the point the bleed. Its really gross, but I can't stop it. I have tried the stuff that makes it taste bad nothing. I still bit them.
Anyone have any ideas, I am open to suggestions. I am 26 years old and need to stop biting its so gross.

ugh, my sister does this too! she hates doing it but she can't seem to stop. getting regular manicures seems to help her a little.

i do it too. i tend not to bite them when i have nail polish on, maybe a manicure will help

I used to do it to but I stopped myself, like someone else posted, with manicures and I always putting on lotion. Plus my DH thought it was gross so he shunned me from doing it!
