I hope someone is in Nassau and wants to get back in shape with me after teh baby comes

I will walk anyitme after school is over ....14 more days YAY  . Just going to FLorida for a week end of JUne to visit my parents and show off the kids and then I am classroom free for 2 months

Oh I know what you mean!!!!! I am starting this thursday with a slimnastic class and going to get a note from my doctor for an ok to do pilates. I also belong to Ballys and Jazzercise but havent been there in 11 weeks, havent had the energy, so after this thurs Im hoping to feel good enough to go back to the gym and jazzer and keep it simple. Cardio is best now my dr said so Im going for it! Im in Nassau too.
