 oh man, I'm sorry! vent away. This is my first pregnancy but I plan to breastfeed and I'm already stressed it won't go as perfectly as I want.
i hope your milk comes soon

As impossible as it is try to stay as calm as possible. You're doing everything you can for your baby and supplementing is doing the rest. With my first baby my milk never did come in and I decided to stop after about a month of trying (after seeing a lacation consulting, and trying all the teas and supplemnents.) I honestly think I sabatoged myself by getting so worked up and upset about it though. Your body knows when you're stressed and so does your baby and it's a combination that makes it all so much more difficult for you and your body to do what it needs to be doing!!

Thank you both so much! Yes, I should stay calm. It's just been so stressful. Everytime he is hungry, I get so upset knowing that I don't have enough for him
