I need ideas on where we can go in NYC for DH's birthday...
We'll be in NY for DH's birthday in June and since most of his friends live up there I want to have everyone get together.
So I need ideas for where we can go in NYC for a sat night... maybe rent out a room in a bar or just a section of a bar or something?? Maybe drinks and food??
Probably about 30 people.

We had my 30th at PS450 on Park and 31st. We had 25 people, a private party room with open bar and food - it was amazing and they were great there. Link

I have heard great things about One in the meat packing district. I don't know how expensive that will be though

I always recommend B Bar b/c you don't have to pay a dime and it's huge with a nice outdoor area and a back bar.

Dylan Prime is a nice steakhouse...
Flute is a nice champagne bar to reserve a table....
not so sure what you guys are into

I went to Flute for my bachelorrette party and when we got there they told us they forgot they had an e-party that night and had nowhere for us to sit, so we left. I will never go back there again. Too bad b/c it looked like a nice place.

One Little West 12th?
It's ok. It's good if you want to dance, etc after dinner. it's far too loud to have a conversation
ETA; it's also difficult to find if you don't know where it is
