I need help.....
and I figured this was the best place to ask among pregnant women.
My SIL and Brother are expecting twins in May/June. Her shower is in early March. They live out of state.
These will be my only neices/nephews I will ever have in my life, so I plan to spoil them rotten.
I'm still trying to work on my gifts for the babies, but I wanted to get something for my SIL, but I don't have any ideas. I've heard of a pregnancy massage, etc, but she can't have that due to a recent neck surgery, so all ideas of massage are out (my brother told me this), and thus I am stuck.
What would each of you recommend, or wish you could have received at your baby shower?

a facial is nice. I had one and it was great.
Gift certificate to a maid service? Or local place they like that delivers.
Mani/pedi is always nice.
Basket of nice lotions, soaps, slippers, nightgown, etc.

Maid service is an awesome suggestion.
Maybe a Meals on Wheels type idea. Having newborn twins will be busy so I'm sure cooking would be hard.

when my sisters MIL was looking for a gift specifically for her and not the baby, my sister told her sessions with a personal trainer after the baby was born would be awesome, so she can get back into shape. She loved having the trainer come to her house and work with her.

I got a GC for the spalon I love- best gift ever.
Can be a mani/pedi, massage, or even for after baby, I can get my hair did and feel pretty.

I would love it if someone got me a diaper bag filled with useful stuff.
I also really like the personal trainer idea.
One cool gift I got at my shower was a Birth-a-bag. It's a bag for the hospital, filled with travel sized stuff to use for my stay at the hospital. I thought it was a really good idea. It came with a changing pad, so now DH will be able to use it as his diaper bag once we get home.
