I need Bedroom decorating ideas
Here is a picture of our new bedroom. It is much larger than our current bedroom. We dont have a bed set yet but we have a king size bed.
We need decorating ideas that would match the color already there. Our bed set is ivory velvet.

I have that paint color in my living room. We have neutral couches with deep red and chocolate brown accents. I think any deep/warm color would go perfectly! Reds, oranges, blues... Since the walls are neutral, you can pretty much choose any color! That is such a big and beautiful master!!

Thanks! I love the idea of neutrals with maybe a touch of red or maybe just ivory. I dont know, too much to choose from!

what a gorgeous new bedroom. lucky girl. Are you putting the bed in between the two windows on the right wall? Or this there a solid wall that you are putting the bed on and putting a long dresser or accent chairs on the wall with the two windows. How large is the room really? The picture looks like it was taken with a fisheye lense to make the room appear bigger. 
Here are some ideas. You really could go with any accent color. It looks like a medium tone brown on the walls? Gorgeous.
So here are some inspiration pics.
add brown to this and gorgeous room.
I hope these inspire you in some way.
Just think with neutral walls and neutral bedding, you can change the accent colors with the seasons. Slate blue for Spring & Summer, Burnt orange for Fall and Red for winter. So many choices. GL!

I would definitely do some different areas in a room that size. A sitting area-maybe with a small IKEA type couch and two slipper chairs with an area rug. I would lean a huge tall mirror against one wall. Probably some floor vases to fill up some of that space. Beautoful room

The actual area of the room is 20x16'

I like that idea too! Love your inspiration pics! I can't wait to move in now and start decorating . . .once we have $ again.

I like that idea too! Love your inspiration pics! I can't wait to move in now and start decorating . . .once we have $ again.
I'm glad you liked my inspirations. Just remember, you can still pull off one of these inspirations on the cheap. Just shop in all the right places and all the right sales. Buy different pieces at different sales and you room will be done the way you want it over time. Then you will really love it because you will have bought all the gorgeous pieces you really want for you room and love being in the room.
