I need a reccommendation for a trainer.

Im embarrassed to say this but after 3 yrs my dog still pees in the house. He is neutered and he does go outside but he lifs his leg all the time inside and he does stay in his crate at night and during the day but if we wake up a minute pass 6.30 am or come home late he pees in his crate. Im at my wits end with this, We have had to replace numerous things and have to clean after him non stop to prevent him from ruining things. I love him and dont want to give him away but I need to get this under control. I know personal trainers are expensive but its cheaper than replacing my rugs and furniture. He doenst poop inside so he does know that outside is the bathroom. We do remprimand him when he pees, catch him in the act and bring him outside and praise him outside. We have basically done everything other the sun. IT stinks cause i cant even keep my eyes off him for a second in the house, and I find the corners of things "marked". All i do is clean clean clean after him. ITs very hard with a tolddler too.

We used Jason from Best Paw Forward. His methods are very much like the dog whisper. If you would like his contact info. just FM me.

Many people here have had success with Bark Busters and Mutt Manners. If you do a search you can find their posts.Chat Icon

I was thinking of this also but my puppy is only 6 months. So Im thinking how long do you recommend waiting to hire a trainer. Do you think when your methods fail? My puppy is so smart but she does everything that I tell her not to do. Chat Icon

We used and always recommend Bark Busters.
