Re: I need a great yard clean-up guy Recc!!
I forgot his company's name (I'm having a stupid moment!)....but call Anthony Imbriali- 718-848-6519.....his guys do great work, cleaned up alot of old plants in our backyard, including getting rid of some poison ivy for us (which I had a HORRIBLE reaction to when I tried clearing it out myself). He has good prices too, I think he only charged us $150-$200 to clear out the yard, and we gave him a little tip too since they took away all the twigs and everything too, really did a thorough job and listened to what I said.
I live in Howard Beach, not sure where you are, but you can always see if he comes to your area or if he doesn't, maybe he can recommend someone else. good luck!

We have used Tony Procida (516-221-7935) for about 7 years now. He's in Wantagh. My mom and her good friend also use them, as does my old boss. He also takes care of the plants at a family friend's 2 business locations. Very responsive, we really like him.

Re: I need a great yard clean-up guy Recc!!
I'm in mid-Suffolk, and just had someone I found on craigslist come and clean up the whole front and back for $125 (1/2 acre, with LOTS of downed branches and leaves!). Took 2 guys 4 hours and 30 bags! They were amazing. Probably not insured, and showed up in a small regular car, but hardworking guys who did a great job and worked without stopping once. Call 631-241-8522 and ask for the spring clean up. They did leave the bags for the town clean up.
