This is why I loaded up on good WW snacks when I went food shopping on Saturday! I was afraid of steering from my diet because I normally am out of control. I'm proud to say it's 1:00 and I only had breakfast and one snack!

I have already eaten a bowl of cereal, a bowl of spaghetti and meatballs and a turkey sandwich. Oh and half a box of chocolate!
I almost baked a cake but I stopped myself!  I'm gonna be sick!

I had scrambled eggs and toast and 5 cups of coffee...I never drink that much coffee!
I'm moving onto lunch soon. Then I will cook dinner and have appys...

So true! I did pretty well this morning...I had 1 cup of decaf this morning. Followed by a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch. Morning snack was a yogurt.
Then it all went downhill. Homemade tuna melt for lunch followed by 3 homemade brownies.
Ugh.

I had a hot pocket.
A cup of coffee, a cup of hot tea.
Limeaide.
Tostitos w/ salsa. (All before noon).
I just finished lunch with DH.
I made corn muffins (because I felt like baking something) slathered with butter.
Grilled cheese and tomato soup with mozzarella on top.
I think I am going to skip dinner tonight for hot yoga instead to work it off.

That's really good!
I don't feel bad being at work today knowing that I'd be wanting to eat as well if I was home. Last time we had a storm, DH and I took a walk which helped.
DH is home today, I'm pretty sure that I'm going to come home to a ton of dishes- from what he told me all he's doing is eating today.

So far I had 3 glasses of ice tea
a huge bowl of apple jacks
2 pop tarts
chicken fingers
cucumbers
& left over chicken nuggets that my DS didn't finish.
I have totally fallen off of my diet wagon.

Oh I know! It's disgusting! I had:
light bagel with laughing cow and tomato.
Light cinnamon raisin english muffin
Vita-muffin or whatever its called
peanut butter/banana milk shake
string cheese
cheese and crackers
Almonds
I am gross. All those carbs are so bad but they make me feel less morning sick. I went out and shoveled before.
