I know we all make mistakes
but is it normal that my medical records have someone else's sperm analysis ? or that I am missing the workup of my second IVF?

 Definitely not normal!!!! Did you ask for your records? I can't believe that they have someone else's sperm analysis and missing important IVF information. Did you speak to your RE about this? horrible!

Mistakes are one thing, but having someone else's s/a along with not having your 2nd IVF is quite a cause for concern! Did you happen to call them?

I'm sure it was a filing mistake, but I would also be furious!!!
With everything that went on in the news recently, they all should be EXTRA careful about everything (not that they shouldn't be anyway).
