I know its early---but..APRIL FOOLS IDEAS

I try to do every holiday for my kids--here is a cute April fools ideas for the little ones...


make meatloaf balls in a cupcake liner--bake until done---frost with colored mashed potatoes.

I give this after candy sushi----

rice krispie treats rolled around fruit rolls ups--the insides thin pieces like veggie strips inside sushi is think thin sliced gummy worms--I can post the recipe if anyone wants...


then of course the older ones..I buy gag tricks and torture them all day--down to the stink bombs.

I made a chicken "not" pie for Nicholas one year I got the idea from Family Fun. I put banana pudding in a pot pie type tin, cut up some orange starburst to make them look like carrots, cut up green ones to make them look like peas and put chunks of some other kind of candy for potatoes. Then I covered it with a crust and gave it to him for dinner. He said "Mom, this doesn't taste so good" Most kids would LIKE a treat for dinner..NOT mine

I remember that one!
I think I need to make that instead of the sushi this year.
