I keep thinking....
of all the little things we need for the house and boy is it going to add up   Lowes/Sears here we come. 
Hoses
Lawn mower
Patio Furniture
Rakes/Shovels
Edger
BBQ
Am I forgetting anything major? Since MIL is staying in house on SI we need to buy everything all over again.

Ladder... you always seem to need a ladder. Cleaning the gutters, changing lightbulbs, painting molding, trimming hedges, etc.

We got a blower too and some hose reels. We actually got a cool gardening sink with home reel for the backyard.

Well for Household garbage Islip town issues a pail to the house, it is a large black pail that is picked up by a fork lift truck. You also get a recycle pail from the town, for wrap you are suppose to bundle it up and put it out. The only time you have to use your own pail is for everything other than household, wrap, and recyclable garbage.

Thanks for the info. I noticed the neighbor's can when we went for the inspection and I thought wow, he has got a huge can

Craigslist -we just got our
brand new(really it was still in the box) grill from there for $100

Not all of Town of Islip! We are in Town of Islip and only get the recycle bin from them

Not all of Town of Islip! We are in Town of Islip and only get the recycle bin from them
Oh really, Well I know that mommy2Alex is moving to West Islip and West Islip definitely has them. I know that when we need a new pail we have to call the town for one, so I assumed it was all of Islip Town.
