I do! I love love love it.  I've been doing it about 8 weeks now (since about 25 weeks) and plan to keep doing it till I go into labor.

yay! i'm so excited.. i can' wait to start.. were you a beginner 8 weeks ago? has it helped you any way in how you feel? i will be starting at 24 weeks as well

Total beginnner. And it has totally helped, not only the way I feel (like my muscles and stuff) but my teacher is a doula as well so she's super knowledgeable about pregnancy and childbirth as a whole, so she's always giving us tips about how to move, stand, sit, etc. in every day life to help us feel the best. The stretches you do are fabulous, cause as you and the baby get bigger, obviously everything in your abdomen gets more squished and tight, and we do all these "openers" she calls them, that really help you feel like you're expanding your midsection and letting some air in.  But all the muscle stretches are soooo helpful and I'm more conscious of how I'm sitting at my desk and at home, things like that to help me feel better. Have fun!!

the place is in port jeff village on main st.. it's called seva.
i think they have a website sevayogastudio.com? anywya, it's on wednesday nights from 730 to 845.

I go in the city. It's called the Prenatal Yoga Center. They have 4 locations but the main one (which I go to) is on 72nd and Broadway. Here's the link:

i'm doing some stuff at home (my new dvd just arrived!) but really want to take a class. everything by me is so pricey though! i'm thinking i may join closer to the end so there's less i have to pay for.

I just signed up for it too! I can't start for another 2 weeks though, she advised that I be 14 weeks before I start.
I can't wait. I have never done yoga before, just pilates.
Was anyone else a total yoga beginner when they started the pre-natal class?
