I just need to get through today
and then I can be with my baby tomorrow!!!!  Tomorrow is my work from home day. This has been the longest week of my life. She hasn't been napping at daycare. She falls asleep in the car and then sleeps until 7:30 the next morning. I MISS her sooooo much!
When does it get easier? I really don't think I can handle full time day care. I'm crying all day at my desk. I havne't done any work, except attend meetings. My boss is getting worried!

It does get easier and it is hard to tell you how long as each person is different. Have you tried calling daycare throughout the day to check on her, does that help you?
As for her naps, it will take some time for her to adjust to the new environment and you are just going to have to go with the flow. Try waking her up for a little bit when you get home so you can spend a half hour with her before bed. I know it is tough but you will get through it.
