I just made...
egg salad for lunch and then completely lost my appetite for it. I have no desire to eat it. Does anyone have this happen to them? If fact I have no appetite at all today. Very strange.

This happens to me a lot. I find that I cant think too much about whats for lunch, as soon as my mind thinks about different food options, i get too nauseas for anything...

I do this all the time...last night i couldn't decide whether I wanted grilled cheese or a burger from the diner, so i got both. I constantly change my mind about what I want to eat.

This happens to me a lot. I will make something and then by the time it is ready have no stomach for it. It is rather annoying.

Yes- I find it difficult to prepare my food- I do better with ordering something!
It's the process of making it that turns me off.
Or the work.

first trimester i only rarely craved any food at all - and when i did, i had to jump on it because the craving never lasted. i was nauseous and vomiting all the time and i lost 10 pounds, it was horrible
