I hope i'm not getting the Flu
I took my dogs out and then came back in and i started to feel sick.
So i layed down and as soon as i layed down i started to sweat and then i new i had to throw up.
I have not thrown up in along time and have not had morning sickness in like 3 weeks.
I hope it is not the flu.
I feel gross from throwing up

just monitor your temperature often - if it hits 100+ call your OB immediately

What can you take for the flu?
tylenol and fluids. a benedryl or tylenol PM (which is tylenol with benedryl in it) to help you sleep. Robitussin DM (some OBs say no to this). Some halls are OK too.
I'm sure your OB has their own advice too.

Funny thing is i do'nt even have a tormater.
I have to get one.
I have not had anything since this morning.
Thank god.
