Im scared to death to use them. I have not heard of anyone having an issue but the thoughts of what could happen scare me too much.
I have used hylands tablets and some camillia and they worked ok.

i never really liked the gels. I tried it once on myself and it
made my throat numb.
ice is the best for us. it numbs the area & they seem to like
it.
