I have to rave about my amazing DH for a moment.
Since being diagnosed with GD last week, I have been suuuuper depressed and cannot stop complaining about it.
Today we went to the Dr. to discuss a plan of action and to get a Rx for the blood sugar monitor, lancets and test strips.... further thrusting me into a deep dark depression (I kid.... wahhh  ).
DH has been soooo great about the whole thing. Dropping and picking up my Rx for everything, reading all of the instructions and putting everything together, offering to stay up with me tonight to test my blood sugar (we had a late dinner and rules say you test 2hrs after each meal) and get up with me at the butt crack every morning (5:15am) to help me test, and is currently typing up a chart for me on the computer so I can keep track of my readings each day.
I sometimes forget how lucky I am and how lucky our little guy is going to be to have such an amazing daddy.

Sorry you're going through this, but so happy to hear how supportive he is!!!!!!!!! You deserve it!!!!

Awww....How sweet of him!!!
I was just diagnosed with GD as well. I began testing my blood sugar today & keeping a food log. FM me if you have questions or just need to b**ch about it! And just remember, it's only a temporary condition!
