I have sinusitus!
I feel like it is a glorified cold, but apparently, it's something enough to warrant some nasty antibiotics. Oh fun. I never had this before. But it makes sense now. I was wondering why I was experiencing things on ONE side of my head!  Guess most colds don't CHOOSE sides!

I have acute chronic sinusitus. Every time I get a cold, it turns into a sinus infection. I get them at least once every 2 months. It's really horrible.

I get sinusitis several times a year, for the last 13 years!! 
Hot showers help... as do humidifiers. I also use Saline Nasal Spray...

another tip, try not to keep your heat above 70...then it gets too dry.
