I have CANKLES....
Oh dear sweet jesus....Hillary Clinton apparently stole my legs from the knees down and left me hers......
OK ladies- besides cut down on the salt and drink more water- WHAT do you suggest????!!!!!

Birth - didn't you know pregnancy is a disease that disappears when you give birth
Sorry - I think elevating your legs at the end of the day, cutting salt out, drinking plenty of fluids, and you could get support socks (haven't tried those yet but know a few people who have).

oooh! I have those too!
Yesterday, when I came home from work, I took my socks and shoes off, and not only had the feet and ankles swelled together...but the imprint of my shoe was still there. So attractive!

I too suffer from cankles, only since being pg! I was told the following helps:
drinking more water (though that sounds silly)
walking
when able, put feet up
don't stand (in one spot) for too long.
Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't.
I find it's worse after showering
