I have a stupid question
How long does it take for pregnancy hormones to leave your body?
My hips STILL hurt! I feel like I'm in my 3rd trimester all over again.

I don't know but I did a breast cancer walk when I was almost 4 months pp and boy did my hips hurt. It should be gone soon though.

if you are still BFing it takes up until 2 months after you stop Bfing, if you ar enot BFing most of the hormones are gone by the time AF arrives. It can take months for yout bones to return to normal, eveyrhting moved and rearranged themselves in order to accomodate the baby. Even your knee caps change consistency to support your pregnant body

I couldn't figure out why I am having so much pain. I thought it was pregnancy hormones - but your explanation makes a lot more sense!
