I hate to admit it...
but I'm not a huge Glee fan. I get why it's so popular and all, but if I skip an episode or two I'm fine with it. It's usually on in the background when I'm doing stuff and I may pay a little more attention if I like the song they're playing.
There... I said it.

i was excited at first then i watched it and thought wow this is complete eh. I can't stand emotionally detached singing (they are singing amazingly but there is no feeling behind their voices) the characters are typical and blah.

I'm trying really hard to get into it (I missed the whole first season except maybe 10 minutes of an episode) but so far, no luck... I like the singing but that's it.

i think its a cute show, and i've watched it here and there, but i don't 'need' to watch it.
actually, i find some of the singing really annoying!

I was super excited about it when it started here, but after watching the first episode, I just thought it was pants. The songs were just over produced and as a pp said, they were all dead behind the eyes. I just think its a crap show. I wanted more than anything to watch it, but was just let down. Meh.

Good to know I'm not the only one that doesn't get the hype. I feel like I should be 13 when I watch it. Like another HS Musical or something. Other than some songs they play that I like I think the storyline is blah

oh thank god im not alone. I watched one episode and all i saw was bad acting, bad singing, and actors that are supposed to be highschool students that look like they are in their 30's.

I just can't get into it.
People keep telling me how much they love it, but I try to watch it & lose interest pretty quick.
Maybe I need to give it a better chance, but I just don't think it appeals to me.

I think it's cute. I LOVE Jane Lynch and IMO she makes the show. BUT.. I hate Rachel. She's the main character but she annoys the eff all out of me and I kind of FF through a lot because of her.
