I hate solisting phone calls...
I hate when they call and you ask them who they are they be very vague, meanwhile there asking to speak to someone who has passed away, and after you tell them that, they just go and ask for the spouse, like no big deal.. and again you have to ask what is this about... and then you find out its them wanting money... First off who gives these people money over the phone??? I wish there was a way to stop these people from calling...

You can register your phone number on the national do not call list.
Sign up here
This works for cold calls but not for companies where a relationship already exists. For example if you have a chase credit card, chase can still call and sell other products. It takes a little time to become fully effective but it makes a difference.
