We have been pushing the bank to get our clear to close and they said our file was clear but just we would have the official CTC on Wednesday.....on Wednesday we find out they have never looked at the appraisal that they have had since late Nov. and now because they sat on it they need another 90 day comp
Got that cleared and now need to wait until Tues for the official clear and only to find out the attys are booked for closing til after the holidays!!!!!!!
