I HATE HSN...

I was sooo late to work because I was arguing with them for over 45 mins

I recvd a bottle of perfume and it was bone dry. Nothing. It didn't leak out, it was never filled.

So they said they sold out of that set, send it all back or we can give you $10 off

WHAT the perfume is $76 alone!!!! And I wanted to keep the other stuff in the set.

So after going back and forth and yelling, I am getting the bottle of perfume today by 6pm

It pays not to give up

Well, I'm glad you worked it out.

I actually ordered 3 things from QVC today for the first time in years. I hope it's good stuff!

I always order from QVC. Sometimes from HSN. Usually they are great but today I got a real winner on the phone

i hate hsn. i ALWAYS have problems with them. i only order from qvc from now on. hsn has the worst customer service. there have been a number of times when they tell me the problem is resolved only to find out it was NEVER taken care of. so long hsn.
