I hate Fedex!!
I shipped my sister her Christmas gifts. They left the package at her front door and someone stole it. Apparently they changed their policy back in Oct about leaving packages without a signature. The driver should know that this is not an area where you just leave packages. I am so upset and I had a really bad day at work.

What the he ll? I thought that was the whole reason you send things FedEx in the first place - so they have to be signed for and don't get STOLEN!! I would be writing a nasty letter.

Doing this... you are screwing the merchant when the merchant did nothing wrong.
FedEx I am sure will reinburse you... although it may take some time.

maybe I should rephrase, if there was no other way and noone was helpful as last resort I would dispute the charges...
also, UPS has lost my computer from Dell once and Dell had to send me another one even though it wasnt their fault...
