I hate & I mean HATE my tennants...
So much to a point where I want to literally take this beyotches face & shove it right trough a brick wall.

Ouch!! What did she do? I can relate to disliking tenants. We had to evict 2 sets in under 1 year.

This reject knocks on my door at 12:30am last week asking for my dog to come out & play- (She wants to mate our dogs together)
My dogs little peech is NOT going anywhere near her skanky whore dog.

I try to never be friendly with tenants. I make it really clear that they need to pay rent on time, call for any repairs (do not try to fix anything) and don't tear up the house. If they can do that, we are fine. Otherwise, if they feel like a friend, they start asking to borrow things, asking to pay the rent late or coming by at 12:30 a.m. to let their dog mate
Since she could serve a purpose (like neighborhood watch) it's probably not a good idea to tell her off. When is her lease up? I would let her know ASAP that you won't be renewing.
