I had the most amazing dream last night
I can remember only bits and pieces of it but the feeling I got from it has made morning ...filled with peace and smiles. Its so funny how yesterday morning I had a panic attack hangover and today I feel at peace. Maybe I am just tired from all the stress but this dream was amazing ! It wasnt dirty or anything just filled with happy times

Maybe because you took the steps needed to help with your panic attacks. which helped to put your mind at ease.
