i got so sick last night...
is it possible to get sick from being over tired?
my MIL painted the nursery yesterday and i was in and out of the room (well ventilated) but she kept going and going and didnt leave until 11pm... but it's all done border & all however... i woke up at 2pm violently ill throwing up... it was horrible i was shaking so bad i had dh call the doctor...
he said as along as i wasnt bleeding or leaking fluid i should be fine...
dh was concerned it was the paint fumes... but we slept with the nursery door shut and both windows open... we froze but at least we had fresh air... but the doctor said that i would be fine....
still dont know what it was... but i feel better today!!

I totally think it is. My m/s is the WORST when I am tired. I think it is your body telling you to slow down and take it easy

Glad you are okay, that must have been scary. I definitely feel worse (m/s wise) when I am overtired, feel better
