I got it!
Yes! finally! After dawdling for so long we sent in our tax amendment via certified mail. It got there on Sept 3rd.
We got our check today (could have been since Saturday as I haven't checked the mail until now)
WE got our REBATE!!!
WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOO!!!
Now I can pay off the $3k I borrowed to get to our Hawaii trip and even have a little to spend.
Rest is going to pay off some stupid bills!
