I Give Up!
I Joined WW 4 weeks ago, lost 8 lbs YAYYY....
I have been soooooo bad this week, I am good all day than bam at night I get really hugry and I go crazy, I gained 2 lbs back  ...... I can't get myself motivated at all, to excerise or to eat right...... ughhhhh I hate diets!!!!

I know how you feel but if you really want to lose weight you have to just stick with it.......I always wish I was one of those people who could just eat whatever they want but I am not

I know I have to stick to it.... I want to wear a nice bathing suit this summer and not feel uncomfortable, that is my goal! I'm gonna do it!! I have to, but it is so hard to lose and so easy to gain!

Maybe try posting a few days worth of menus and we can give suggestions. Stick with it. WW works!
