I found my dream boot!
I finally found them! The people at the store said I can wear them in the rain! Woo hoo!! Image Attachment(s):

Thank you guys so much!!! Macy's is where I found and fell in love with them. But they only had size 6 and smaller.
Evenme that is a great website. I never even heard of them.
I actually passed by a Cole Haan store today and went in- despite the customer service rep for Cole Haan telling me no store in the US had them in a size bigger than an 8. And THEY HAD THEM!!! So I bought them then and there. On top of them being cheaper than anywhere else i saw them, there was a special if you spent X you get $50 off. The boots were $30 less than that amount, so I got a few socks and they came out even cheaper.
