I finally made it to this board...got a question.
Did anybody develop a rash after giving birth? I have one on my legs and it is extremely itchy & unbearable.

I developed a rash but it was when I was still in the hospital. It was on my legs, arms and face a little bit. They said it was from the morphine and epidural. It went away by the time I had gotten home.

First of all, congratulations! Welcome to the other side
Now that you mention it, I was really itchy in the hospital but it went away before I left. Call your doc, maybe he can give you something.

yes, but i was still in the hospital they said it was from the epideral and the other drugs..they gave me Tucks medicated pads to rub on my face and body..i guess it has witch hazel in it..it did work and then it went away.

I didn't after giving birth but I did after my wisdom teeth and had vicodin. I will never take that stuff again. I hope you feel better soon and CONGRATS!
