I feel like such a jerk.
My friend is a counselor at a school in Queens. I finally got my printer up and running to fax my cover letter and resume. And I totally didn't check my cover letter and it says "district" instead of "school." I feel so dumb. I should have checked it. So now this principal is going to think I'm an idiot and it'll make my friend look bad. I don't normally send the same cover letters either, I usually change them up a bit. I don't know what I was thinking.

I had a typo on some cover letters that I sent out and I DID proof read it, over and over. But it didn't seem to make a difference, I still got calls. Don't worry.

I had a typo in my cover letter as well and still got calls. I stressed over it after I realized it. My DH told me in the grand scheme of things it is probably not that big of a deal.
