I'd reconsider gerber onesies. They shrink down to nothing.

Eta: burp clothes you have are too small. Baby will find a way to get it all over you. I suggest the aden and Anais burpy bibs.

Eta: add medela membranes. Change them out once a month if your pumping around the clock.

Eta: rectal thermometer. Ped said its the most accurate for when they are very young.

Eta: lansinoh breast pads. You will be leaking like crazy when you get home fom hospital.

Eta: small tube of triple paste. It works unbeleveably for severe diaper rash. Destin didn't do anything for my girl.

Eta: books

Eta: sleep bras.

Looks good! The only thing I would add that is a must have in my book is the safety first quick rectal thermometer. The ear one will not be accurate in a little baby, and is usually too big to fit in their ear until they are at least a year or so old. You could also add pack and play sheets too, I liked putting those on to lessen the stains on the mat itself if DS threw up. Also, you might want to put a few more sleep sacks in there (in small and maybe medium) in case he has a blowout in the middle of the night and that one gets messy.

There are a few things on there I think you might not need, the y-cut and variable flow nipples for the bottles, the crib wedge, and the born free cup.

And just imo, but the gerber onesies and sleepers ran very small, and shrink when washed. I personally found that Carters brand are much better.

what about:

some bath toys
a second car seat if you have 2 cars
extra base for infant car seat if you have 2 cars
breathing/movement monitor
extra boppy cover(s)

Also... I am sure will work, but I have heard that the graco version of the snap and go is much easier to use with the graco infant seat Chat Icon
I am in no way done with my registry, but most stuff besides clothing is done if you want to look!

Looks good! I would suggest 1 or 2 more packs of the
Boppy® Waterproof Changing Pad Liners. I use to go through 3 liners a day!

Also, I found that the cloth Gerber diaper/burp clothes were great because they are big.

I also really liked the waterproof bibs. There is a waterproof liner between the fabric and it helps to not get the baby's chest all wet.

ETA: I thought of one more thing that is very useful. I bought two of them. They are Sheet Savers by NoJo and they sell them at BBB.

Re: I feel like I'm missing things on my registry

Thank you all so much for taking the time to help me out!

I changed all the gerber onesies to carters (thanks to the BTDT moms who pointed out the sizing issue) and added a couple of things that were suggested.

Someone already bought the nipples! Oops! If anything, I will return them- thanks.

The crib wedge...this is so weird but I NEVER registered for it, yet two people got it for me! How weird is that?

And I ended up taking off the born free cup.

Thanks!! Chat Icon

Keep one of the crib wedges. I used one when I transitioned DD to the crib from the bassinet. She slept so much better on an incline.

Not a necessity- but did you want a mobile or a crib soother? What about a car seat cover ?

Other than that and a few things already mentioned, your list looks really good!
