I feel like I eat the same snacks everyday

And this will be my downfall because I know I'll get bored...

I usually snack on cottage cheese, laughing cow cheese, yogurt, or fruit (apples, grapes, clementines, bananas or plums).

I need some other low carb-friendly snack ideas, so please share!

raisins, craisins, nuts, whole wheat pretzels, cheerios mixed with the above

I take a low fat string cheese and cut it up, cut in half cherry tomatoes and smidget of olive oil..yum! I also add chick peas sometimes.

Hummus and cucumber

Thinly sliced turkey rolled with a piece of Yarlsburg Light Swiss

Guiltless Gourmet Baked tortilla chips with Peach Salsa from the deli section.

Don't know how low carb these things are, cause I don't watch carbs, however these snacks seem to keep me satisfied and happy!

Here are some that I do:

* I bring Greek Yogurt and mix some Strawberry Preserves and a few almonds. I usually have it between breakfast and lunch and it holds me over for a while.

* Sometimes I snack on a handful of Sunflower seeds........

* At night after dinner, if I need a snack, I will have just a little bit of cereal with a cup of milk.

* Peanut Butter is good........either alone or on an apple or banana or whatever?

* Sometimes, I will have 1/2 Fiber One bar.

I like 100 cal snacks because there are so many varieties. Also, I like fruit or cucumbers. Or FF pudding.

I just had a light multigrain english muffin (1 point!!) toasted with chicken salad on it...awesome lunch and could be a snack as well..

Piece of Fruit with peanut butter or a handful of nuts
0% yogurt with nuts or wheat germ
hummus with veggies or crackers
cereal with milk
low cal breakfast bar
100 calorie pack (when you NEED sweets)
2 hard boiled egg whites
cottage cheese with preserves
fruit and cheese

I tend to eat the same things but switch up the combos (one day fruit and cheese, the next day fruit and almonds, the next almonds and cheese), that way it's the ame but differnt.

Right now I'm eating an apple.
Other snacks I eat are:
Low fat cottage cheese with blueberries
Muscle Milk protein pudding
Pumpkin seeds
Almonds
Whole grain crackers with some almond butter or natural PB
Protein shake
Whole wheat/low fat tortilla chips
Whole wheat mini bagel w/PB or low fat cream cheese
